Lightbulb was founded in 2011 to support mission-driven organizations
in their work to achieve social impact.
Inspired by her role as a chief architect of the LEGO Idea Conference, Sarah Wolman understood the need to convene funders, thought leaders and practitioners and provide them with collective, interactive experiences.
Using the power of convening communities for transformative experiences, Lightbulb creates the conditions for collaborative decision-making, strategy development and innovation.
In 2024 Sarah joined forces with DEI expert Lisa Prince, bringing a deeper equity lens to the work and amplifying Lightbulb’s social impact mission.
