Prior to joining Lightbulb, Lisa led Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for Afiniti, a leading applied artificial intelligence and advanced analytics provider with over 1,800 employees worldwide. Prior to joining Afiniti, Lisa served as a Director, External Relations, D&I at Charter Communications/Spectrum.

Lisa started her career on Wall Street with Chubb Insurance Company in their Financial Institutions group. After graduate school, she joined American International Group (AIG) as a Management Associate, working with emerging markets in Mexico and South America. It was during this period as a volunteer consultant with the AIDS advocacy group Housing Works, that Lisa discovered a passion for event production and marketing, at the intersection of social impact and engagement.

Lisa pivoted to become a Principal at The Streetz, a product placement, marketing, and events firm, where she managed their largest accounts. With a growing family, work-life balance became a priority, so she leaned into an entrepreneurial path and founded PrincEvents, which provided marketing and event planning services for a diverse range of corporate, entertainment, and non-profit clients, including Tanqueray, The History Channel, Bad Boy Records, Mike Tyson, and the Arthur Ashe Institute for Public Health. Working with diverse clients, vendors, and creating an inclusive workplace has always been at the heart of her work. WIth a lifelong connection, and commitment to social impact, civil rights and equity, Lightbulb is the ideal organization where Lisa can leverage her experience and broad skill set.

Lisa graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in International Relations and a minor in Management from Wharton and has a Master’s degree in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management. She is married to her college sweetheart and has three wonderful sons. She sits on the boards of IGNITE Worldwide and the Montclair Scholarship Fund.
